Profile

My work is an attempt to go beyond the bounds of the mere stuffed toy, elevating it into a presence that holds the breath of life when touched.

Though inanimate, its form radiates an organic presence that may give the viewer a momentary illusion.

Its expression, which seems to mirror the emotions hidden in the heart, is conceived with a dialogue with oneself in mind, one that opens only through tactile experience.

Transcending its conventional practicality and role as a toy, it takes on meaning as an “empathy sculpture” that awakens psychological and sensory resonance. Through touch, memories of the past and emotions long submerged in the unconscious rise to the surface: I aim to create works that offer this mysterious experience.
