Profile

I began working as a self-taught artist in 2020. I have developed a slightly cult-like (ha) black-humor series themed on urban legends and conspiracy theories, as well as The Soul of Asia, a message-art series depicting the cultures and myths of Japan and Asia from a spiritual perspective, and have exhibited in Japan and abroad.
In 2023 I made a fresh start, launching a series with girls as its motif. With so many artists drawing illustration-style girls, I searched for a way to express myself authentically, and decided that simply drawing cute girls would be boring. Instead I resolved to depict the murky emotions, such as anger, hatred, sadness and irony, that surely lie dormant deep in every human heart. I deliberately paint these often negatively perceived emotions in colorful pop tones, aiming to turn foul words, expressions and gestures into something that makes you chuckle.
Common to all my series are words, message, destruction and love. The girl series in particular is my alter ego, packed with the feelings I experience close at hand and my destructive impulses. I would be delighted if you looked beyond the images alone and also read the words written into every corner, and felt something from them. LOVE and PEACE!!
