岩本寺宿坊 アートルーム

アーティスト「やのや」が、岩本寺に伝わる七不思議伝説をもとに宿坊の一室をアートルームとして制作。国内外の旅行者やお遍路さんが宿泊する部屋となっています。三度栗の話をもとにしたキャンバス作品も制作し、住職による奉納の儀式を経て本堂に展示されています。

Artist YANOYA transformed a guest room at Iwamoto-ji, Temple No. 37 of the Shikoku 88-temple pilgrimage, into an art room based on the temple's Seven Wonders legends. A canvas work inspired by the legend of the thrice-bearing chestnut was dedicated in a ceremony and is displayed in the main hall.
