●返品・交換について　About Returns and Exchanges

購入者様の自己都合（イメージと違った、注文ミス、購入取消等）による決済完了後の返品・交換は受け付けておりません。 ご注文時に、十分にご検討いただいたうえでご購入ください。 撮影状況や光の当たり具合、ご覧になる環境（PCのモニタや携帯機種、画面フィルム）などにより、
色合いが異なって見える場合がありますのでご了承ください。
ご注文商品とは異なる場合はお手元にお手数ではございますが、商品到着後3日以内に当方までメールにてご連絡ください。
またお届けした商品が不良品や配送時のトラブルで破損等が生じた場合は、梱包状態や作品の破損状況を撮影してメールにてご連絡ください。
商品はすべて1点ものとなりますので、交換出来ません。予めご了承ください。
We do not accept returns or exchanges after payment is completed due to the purchaser's own convenience (It was different from what purchaser imagined, order mistake, purchase cancellation, etc.).

If the product you received is different from what you ordered, please contact us by email within 3 days after receiving the product.

●抽選販売に対するデポジット入金及び返金ポリシー Deposit and Refund Policy for Lottery Sales

抽選販売の販売作品におきまして、当選後のキャンセルは一切お受けできません。

ご注文時に、十分にご検討いただいたうえでご購入ください。
抽選販売作品につきましては、Paypalを通じデポジット入金（事前入金）をお願いしております。
万一抽選が外れた場合には、デポジット入金分は、抽選日以降10日営業日以内にPaypalを通して御返金いたします。
当選後のキャンセル・当店の過失ではないクレームなどは、一切お受けできませんので、ご注意の上ご購入ください。
マナー違反がひどいお客様には、ブラックリストへの記載の上、作家及び提携のギャラリーへ情報を共有させていただく他、今後の一切の販売他お取引をお断りする場合がございますので悪しからずご了承下さい。

For lottery sales works, we ask for a deposit (advance payment) through Paypal.
In the unlikely event that your order is not selected in the lottery, the deposit will be refunded through Paypal within 10 business days after the date of the lottery.

クーリングオフは訪問販売に適用される制度です。通信販売にはクーリングオフの適用は義務付けられておりません。
当サイトはお客様からアクセスをいただく通信販売のため、クーリングオフ制度は適用されません。
