”浮世絵モダンアート”という独自の世界観のもと人間の『感情・心の動き』に焦点を当て、”どこか奇妙で美しい”作品を日々生み出している。負の感情は時に人間の底知れぬ原動力をもたらす。そんな負の感情さえも作品へ落とし込み、誰かの心に寄り添い少しでも気持ちを軽くしてくれるような作品を目指している。また、ライターとして活動していた過去から、現在は【絵と詩】を用いた表現技法を取り、展示会では絵本を読んでいるかのような空間を創り出している。現在は福島県を拠点に国内外で個展や企画展に参加するほか、個人・企業向けのロゴやデザイン制作、壁画（シャッター）アートなど幅広く活動している。

Under the unique worldview of 'Ukiyo-e Modern Art,' yam focuses on the emotions and movements of the heart, creating works that are 'somehow strange yet beautiful.' Negative emotions can be an unfathomable driving force; yam channels even these into the work, hoping to stay close to someone's heart and lighten their mood. Drawing on a past career as a writer, yam combines painting and poetry, creating exhibitions that feel like reading a picture book. Based in Fukushima, yam exhibits in solo and curated shows in Japan and abroad, and also creates logos, designs and shutter murals for individuals and companies.
