真っ赤な髪の少女が、口もとに手を当てて、大きな金色の瞳でこちらを見つめる。赤やピンクの絵具が垂れ、白い飛沫が画面に散らばる。
やのやによる「painting#2」。木製パネルにアクリルとマーカーで描かれた一枚。段ボールのシリーズとは異なる、パネルならではの発色の良さと、絵具の流れや飛沫の勢いが魅力だ。何かを言いかけたような少女の表情が、見る人の想像をかき立てる。
