Profile

Born in 2003 in Kofu. A contemporary artist whose work features KATACHI, composed of ○△□ shapes that depict emotion, and children who appear again and again so as never to forget a child’s heart. Pop and unique, the work nonetheless conveys a certain loneliness and the darkness within people. Began working in earnest in 2021 and held a first solo exhibition in 2022. Activity on social media has since spread the work beyond Japan to the wider world. Though young, the artist is active across a variety of media.
