Profile

Born in Fukuoka in 1976 and based in Fukuoka. I began creating computer graphics on DOS/V machines as a student, and today present a wide variety of work in both digital and analog media. My style is characterized by round characters, including “Nekkochan,” based on my beloved cat Copain, adorned with geometric patterns and icon motifs in vivid color. By repainting digital works with acrylic gouache, I aim to draw on the strengths of both, creating works that, amid their vibrancy, evoke nostalgia and softness.
