TSUKINO KAERU
Digital and analog, future and nostalgia
TSUKINO KAERU began making art at 46 while working in middle management, later becoming a full-time artist. Chasing childhood loves remains the driving force, and the work aims to lift viewers' spirits amid a constantly changing society.
In an original technique, digital illustrations are printed, cut and layered, then coated in resin and embellished — producing art in which digital and analogue, future and nostalgia, craft and painting coexist.
